Our volume is limited to provide each client our undivided attention during construction. We primarily build in south Metro Denver, Douglas County, Castle Rock, Parker, Sedalia, Elizabeth, Franktown, and Monument. However, we can build a project anywhere on the Colorado Front Range. Platinum Homes embraces state of the art building and energy saving construction technologies. However, we support only those technologies and building practices that can demonstrate a reasonable ROI and payback period for our clients.
