We use intrinsically motivating activities (e.g, sports and video games) to encourage, mental, physical, and social health. Our team is made up of teachers, coaches, gamers, and streamers who believe in doing things differently. Young people are too often spoken at and too rarely listened to. We support young people to create communities around shared interests. To support one another, and to recognise each others unique strengths. We believe in championing great players and plays. The pass played through the eye of a needle on a sports field or physics defying kill when gaming online. It's not just great skill either, we champion what you don't see. The dedication, the diet, exercise, sleep and lifestyle factors that affect performance. To play at your peak, your body and mind need to be as good as your playing skills. We don't just aid you to become better players, but better people too.
