JLU is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization affiliated with NIKE and the non-profit, YouthNoise. We go to elementary schools all over LA and teach kids (aged 6-11 years) about other cultures through traditional sports and games from around the world. The overarching message is that kids around the world live and play "JUST LIKE YOU". Our mission is to "promote international awareness among youth through sport, laying the necessary foundation to create tomorrow's global citizens".
