Playnify is a Portuguese SME focused on innovative solutions for Social Networking and Mobility, since 2012, using emergent software technologies and exploring disruptive business models. The main aim of Playnify is to bring together people or goods by providing user-centric social networking services and smart connected mobility systems. Thumbeo was initially developed as a ride sharing social network for the consumer market with a focus on rider-matching. It has evolved into Thumbeo Corporate, focusing on applying machine-learning to corporate mobility, to build an open marketplace for mobility services. In UNICLE, Playnify has been working in V2X solutions, developing a 5G-based platform allowing the Automotive Industry to build innovative services on top of, leveraging its high-bandwidth and ultra reliable and low latency communications.
