Venezuelan health and Life Coach. The experience of emigrating from my native country has been the engine that has driven this project of introspection and personal improvement. For this reason, in 2018 I decided to pursue my passion for teaching, and I certified in Coaching and Personal Leadership at the University of Barcelona. As a Coach, I seek to consolidate a balanced life through inner learning. I want to be a companion, ally and guide on the way to your goals. My purpose is that, through the integration of new approaches and communication tools, the doors are opened to a better quality of life, both physical and spiritual. In this process, you and I have the same goal: a full life.
