Currently, PA boasts a community of over members, including core office staff, operational personnel and farmers. This network, comprising many women and young individuals, ensures the delivery of top-notch protein supplements. PA actively encourages women and adolescent girls to become self-reliant and supports their involvement in agricultural practices alongside their male family members. By eliminating intermediaries, PA offers greater financial benefits to fishermen. The company aims to expand its farmer base to promote sustainability for future generations.
