Back in the year 2006, what we now call “The Good Old Days” Some guys established the “Beilun BBQ Association”. It was a lot of fun and started with a pig roast over cut open barrel full of burning wood. Very soon more people start joining these BBQ guys and more events got organized. Proud as they were, and still are, the Beilun BBQ association guys invented more new equipment for Churrasco, Grill pit for Cuban Style Pig Roasts, Super huge smoker for beer butt Chickens (72 Chickens in one shot!) and even electrical driven rotisseries. There was not any meat they didn’t cook in “The Good Old Days” All of them just being “amateurs” still had a full daytime job and the Beilun BBQ Association went a bit silent. Still with the need to smoke and grill in their DNA some new smoker and grills showed at the local pub. All of it again designed and constructed by the same crew. Now in 2020 this same people started the company “PlenBe” Euh, Yes…you can read here “PLAN –B”. They got back to the drawing board and one of their first creations under the name of Plenbe is Fogata. All the knowledge gathered in the past years when having fun and being passionate for BBQ went into this project. CAD drawings became samples. Test were executed and failed. Back to the drawings, more constructions, and again and again. This went on for a few months till now the final product is ready and the Plenbe Team can proudly present “FOGATA”
