PLM was formed in 2006 by a group of like minded individuals with the common intention of becoming a premium occupancy specialist. PLM carries with it years of cumulative experiences and proven track record through its founding members and a pool of delibrately recruited experienced personnel. Together they possess extensive local knowledge of the industry encompassing buildings, trade contractors, suppliers and consultants. PLM's key business focus is to differentiate itself by providing specialized and high quality interior fit-out services for complex commercial spaces. PLM consists of 4 companies which include PLM Interiors whcih cater to interior fit-out and construction contracts, PLM Engineering which offers M&E services, PLM Johor Bahru servicing the southern region and PLM Solutions being the holding company holding administrative and financial decisions.
