Plochman's is a United States manufacturer of fine mustard products since 1852. Most known for its distinctive barrel-shaped bottle, Plochman's is well known for its all-American yellow mustard, the first successful squeeze condiment in the U.S. Other mustard flavors and brands in the Plochman's product portfolio include: Kosciusko® Spicy Brown Mustard, Kosciusko® Beer Mustard, Plochman's Premium Deli Mustards, Chili Dog® Mustard, Chicago Fire® Mustard and much more. Plochman's is a sister company of California-based GFF, Inc./Girard's Food Service a manufacturer of salad dressings for the restaurant and food service marketplace. Both Plochman's and GFF are U.S. divisions of HACO a Swiss manufacturer of fine food products including coffee, tea, cereal bars and convenience foods.
