We begin the process by marking every single part with a unique part ID using a QR Code. Our next step is to measure and image every single relevant aspect of each individual part. We use cameras, lasers, sensors and other technologies to measure every aspect of every part while it is being produced. A digital twin is born with the successful reading of the QR code and associating all of the relevant data of the part. This data is prepared in a standardized way, validated, and securely transmitted to your data environment hosted by PlockControl.
