The PLOTINA Project has been designed to encourage, support and develop progress towards gender equality in the academic community. It aims to develop, implement and assess self-tailored Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) for stimulating a gender-aware culture in Research Performing Organisations (RPOs); to promote the career development of researchers, particularly women; and to ensure diversification of methodologies for and awareness of previously hidden gender variables in research and teaching.
