PLTC Trade Services is an international trade advisory firm, providing consulting, insurance, finance, logistics, marketing and administrative support. PLTC helps middle market clients open foreign markets, execute trade transactions, and manage the associated risks. We are licensed insurance brokers able to insure cargo on vessels and in warehouses worldwide. We insure domestic and international accounts receivable, and provide trade finance and investment solutions. Additionally, PLTC manages inbound logistics in the U.S. and China and provides agency services for clients exporting to those countries. For foreign food facilities PLTC acts as U.S. agent satisfying U.S. Food and Drug Administration registration requirements and NOAA Fisheries Seafood Import Monitoring Program regulatory requirements.
