Pluck your day is a Progressive Work Platform envisioning a new-age structure where individuals and organizations get together to deliver outcomes. We strive to be the leading platform that provides a one-stop experience for all work opportunities, be it Freelance, Project based or full time employment. The equations as we know it are changing. There is a greater need for flexibility required by the traditional workforce where experimental work modes – freelance/ project based hiring are creating a niche for themselves. There is a rising willingness by people to explore more options in freelancing/ part time space, looking for flexibility between work and life. The way we see the Future of Work is that a new understanding is emerging by speaking, acting and doing. To begin with, Pluck Your Day is a tech platform that will match individuals to varied work opportunities. Our ethos is in the midst of transformation taking each day as it comes and doing our utmost is the best optimal choice to make, no matter who we are. While we do this basic match-making, we will remain focused to understanding nuances and gaps that prevent freelancing from becoming mainstream. We would work with candidates including but not limited to (1) freshers wanting to explore their areas of interest, strengths,(2) women returning to workforce after a sabbatical or wanting to explore flexible formats while they have their hands full,(3) mid-career professionals wanting to re-invent themselves or re-visit a passion without compromising on financial stability or career progression, and (4) Almost retired or retired professionals looking for an avenue towards creative contribution for one or many reasons. We promise to be in the trenches working with candidates and organisations alike to then build our AI/ ML engine to trigger efficiencies across the work value chain.
