Plunk Designs

Stephen Plunk is a graphic designer who specializes in, but is not limited to, corporate design and marketing materials. From February 2010 to December 2014, Stephen worked in the marketing department at TEAM Oil Tools as the in-house graphic designer. TEAM is owned by an investment firm which provided Stephen the opportunity to be involved with the branding and identity of numerous companies acquired by the investment firm. The rapid pace and diverse work experience allowed Stephen to grow as an artist and a leader. He quickly worked his way up from an entry level graphic designer to a senior graphic designer. Since leaving TEAM to move to Florida, Stephen has started his own freelance graphic design business, Plunk Designs. Stephen’s artwork and professionalism speak for themselves, and he has quickly begun to expand his clientele base in both the corporate and private markets, including Benchmark, Sunbelt Advertising and Signs, Energes, Tiandi, Allied Services, and Antelope Oil Tools. Stephen has won several awards for his design work, including Graphic Design USA’s American Graphic Design Award (2012), the Houston Business Marketing Association’s (BMA) Award for Catalog Design and Branding Design (2012) and the Houston Business Marketing Association’s (BMA) Award for Best Full Page Advertisement (2014). Stephen graduated from Sam Houston State University (Huntsville, Texas) in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design and Advertising. He is proficient in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite.
