Pluriversa

We are a Latin American consultancy fostering ecosocial transitions through research, design, foresight, and systems thinking. We join forces with public and private entities, grassroots communities, and territorial actors to unlock the imagination and potential for change toward more plural, just, and regenerative systems. To achieve this, we work across three dimensions of change: 1. Challenge Statu Quo. We make sense of change dynamics through new paradigms—digging deep into wicked problems and imagining alternative futures to inspire and reframe decision-making. Nurture Niches. We connect with organizational, territorial, and community changemakers to amplify and pilot transformative ideas, acting as catalysts so local voices and high-impact actions strengthen autonomy. Enable Transitions. We co-design portfolios of systemic interventions and their change initiatives through collective intelligence processes that embrace the complexity of our interdependent world.
