Ateliér Plus One Architects založily v roce 2020 architektky Petra Ciencialová a Kateřina Průchová. Spolupráci zahájily rekonstrukcí soukromé galerie současného umění v centru Prahy. Následovaly především přestavby bytů a domů převážně v Praze, ale i napříč Českou republikou. V současné době se věnují kromě privátních klientů i větším developerským zakázkám. Vizí Plus One Architects je přinášet do svých projektů plusovou hodnotu, která přesahuje běžná očekávání zadání.
