Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training LLC is a fully owned subsidiary of Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training Cia. Ltda, founded in Ecuador in 2012 by Mrs. Jessica Alcivar. Mrs. Alcivar is currently President and CEO of both entities. The US subsidiary was incorporated in May 2015 and has its offices in Aventura, Florida. In 2016 the company bought and opened new offices in the financial area of the city of Quito, Ecuador. The new facilities, besides its administrative area, are equipped with the finest technology and the best tools in the industry. Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training LLC mission is to become a world-class international headhunting company for top management and professional specialty roles in the region. The support, network and resources the US subsidiary is getting from its parent company in Ecuador are key to the success and growth of the operation. The new offices opened in Aventura, Florida since 2018, allow the company to reach US and global corporations from South Florida and show a clear commitment to expand the business internationally.
