Micro is the new small, and we embrace the difference between small and micro. There is a 50/50 chance that you identify as a small business or work in small business. If you have 99 employees or less, the government of Canada considers you a small business, but 99 doesn’t feel very small. Our promise is to never pursue offices with teams greater than 10.
