I have spent over 43 years in the oil industry worldwide mainly working for the major oil companies as QA/QC manager on subsea and onshore projects Now involved upstream and downstream with flow assurance remediation operating as Plutus Global Technologies Limited Plutus products were developed by Jim Hatcher who spent many years developing one particular product that puts paraffin wax back into the oil phase of crude oil, PRA. PRA is specifically formulated to return precipitated wax and Asphaltenes back into their original phase in the crude oil where they will always remain irrespective of temperature. PRA prevents paraffins from solidifying in wells, pipelines and storage facilities. PRA has been tested by Hydrafact, Heriot Watt Uni. PRA Eliminates paraffin build-up in oil wells, transfer systems and storage facilities, returns paraffins to the oil phase of crude where it remains irrespective of temperature drop until refined.Rapidly cleans downhole pumps, rods, tubing and opens clogged perforations. Softens and breaks down sludge heel in storage tanks Pipelines treated with PRA have less friction and less constriction in kinks and bends in the line. Reduces the use of regular pigging operations. Is effective in subsea pipelines even in cold weather operations. Contains no acid, butyl, hydrocarbon, nitrates, sulphates or other hazardous components and is safe for off-shore platform operations. May safely be flushed down drains if a major spill occurs. PRA will not harm the environment.
