Our wood factory was established in 1996. Over the past decade, we have gained experience creating a vast array of woodenware and furniture, particularly kitchen and tableware, table slab, counter top and modern chair style loft. We guarantee quality products and timely delivery. We’d love to turn your idea to extraordinary acacia wood products. Acacia wood is a beautiful wood pattern and looks naturally beautiful. The wood has a moisture content is high. In our production line have to be heat treatment for all the wood to reduce the moisture. So after cutting the tree down, logs are cut and sawed into the shapes that are needed for the products. Then the wood is left to dry outside, under sunlight for 1-2 days, before being moved to the oven where it’s treated for termites. The temperature in the oven is about 60-70 degrees celsius, and the length of the treatment varies, depending on the thickness of the wood. We check the dried wood with a digital moisture meter to ensure the wood has reached our goal of a 12-15% moisture content. When this is achieved, we are ready for the next step in the process.
