PMPath Project Scheduling Services Ltd.(PMPath) was founded in 2015 to provide project related services in two different fields: Training and Consulting. PMPath team is working to provide effective and efficient consultation services in construction industry, and various levels of Schedules detailing the required activities for design, procurement, construction, and closeout activities. In PMPath, we analyze project main documents (Contract, Specifications, Drawings, etc.) and develop the most accurate schedules using tools utilized in the construction industry including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. In addition to schedule development, PMPath also provides Delay analysis, Time Impact analysis, Risk management, and Earned Value management services. PMPath also provides very strong project scheduling related training services in-person and online. Primavera training courses are presented for public and private sectors from beginner to advanced levels. Our Oracle certified specialists and trainers are committed to provide a real-world approach to training, incorporating case studies and industry best practices for Primavera P6. Our students receive a certificate of completion at the end of their Primavera training and are able to immediately apply their knowledge on the job. Here is the main list of services that PMPath provides: • Develop schedules based on project documents or client draft schedule • Provide tender scheduling service with creating a robust baseline schedule • Assist client project team to develop WBS, calendars, activities, logic, resources, and cost loading • Provide schedule updates and/or revisions either weekly or monthly as needed • Revise schedules based on change orders / delays to support the request for time extension • Prepare project performance reports (Earned Value Management) • Risk management services from risk registry to risk analysis / contingencies • Provide Primavera p6 hands-on onsite training
