The PMCS team is comprised highly-trained compliance staff; with Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) and/or tax credit (TaCCs) certifications. PMCS has a large client base nationwide, with varying levels of HUD and LIHTC compliance service contracts in place. Staff involved in compliance work is well-versed in HUD regulations, IRS Section 42 governing regulations, as well as the various monitoring and reporting requirements established by each of the state housing finance agencies. Our comprehensive understanding of the different rules from the three regulatory sources enables us to be watchful and ensure conflicting rules are applied correctly for each program.
