Planate Management Group Construction Development Corporation (PMGCDC) is a Philippine-based subsidiary of Planate Management Group, LLC (USA), established in 2023 to deliver world-class construction and facility management services. While newly registered, PMGCDC builds on more than 13 years of Planate’s operations in the Philippines, providing defense, maritime, and energy-related planning, design, and construction support for critical national projects. We maintain a workforce of 130+ professionals across two offices—our largest presence in Subic Bay—and are currently supporting projects across all Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) sites. This local capacity is strengthened by Planate’s global portfolio spanning the U.S, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Indo-Pacific, allowing us to combine international standards and mission-critical discipline with a deep understanding of the Philippine operating environment. What We Do • Construction Project Management – Planning, scheduling, cost estimation, submittal reviews, quality control, and EHS compliance. • Engineering Services – Civil/structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection system design and implementation. • Facilities Operations & Maintenance (FOM) – Preventive/corrective maintenance, technical inspections, troubleshooting, and ERP-based management (IBM Maximo, Procore). • Specialized Services – Waste management consulting, environmental baseline surveillance, facility condition assessments, and equipment inspections.
