With a legacy of four and a half decades of phenomenal success in the field of education, the GGDSD College Society has now started a Unique Business School. As the world moves towards a ‘global village’, the most challenging problems in the world truly require a global approach. Competent leaders are required to manage and address global issues. Keeping in view the changing educational scenario and driven by the core values of commitment, trustworthiness, innovation, and concern for society and environment, the society takes a lead and has launched an independent institute offering relevant management education. Located in the heart of Chandigarh, an educational hub, our institution will shape the future by working in close proximity with industries, institutions, and communities. The GGDSD College Society has a very valuable team comprising highly acclaimed academicians, most experienced technocrats from the corporate world and eminent entrepreneurs. The team is led by a highly dedicated leader, Sh. Upkar Krishan Sharma, an illustrious son of late Pt. Mohan Lal Ji. Mr. Sharma brings with him rich corporate experience (last assignment handled as VP Eveready Industries) coupled with a strong academic background (Mechanical Engineering and Management). The Institution envisioned by the Society will be a center of excellence for Management Education and will be entirely different from the run of the mill management institutes. With a rich background of having provided academic leadership for more than four decades, three former Deans of Panjab University, Chandigarh have joined hands to support this project. All for the labour of love. In addition, there is very valuable support coming from an internationally renowned Marketing and Strategy professionals.
