Project Management Services Inc. was established in 1989 as a 100% Veteran owned management firm, PMSIinc was established in 1992 as a 100% WBE firm. Both firms have the same mission only seperate ownership to meet the special maniorty goals of our clients. PMSI is a consulting firm that represents Owners and provides services exclusively to Owners. Representing Owners is an expertise of its own, and PMSI’s Integrated Project approach brings great freedom to Project Owners in the complicated world of management and administration. PMSI is an Owner’s Representative Firm that serves clients by providing professional planning and management services that are structured exclusively for Owners. PMSI’s commitment is to provide clients, “the Owner,” with effective professional strategies and tools, with sound business administration, and with proven Project-monitoring systems that enhance and facilitate a Project’s various steps and phases while reducing their risk. PMSI acts as an extension of the Owner by representing only their interests through all the phases of a Project with professional services and systems that ensure the fulfillment of the Owner’s obligations and that the Owner’s risks have been minimized and the original Project goals are met.
