PMSL's team applies a ‘whatever it takes’ and 'can do it' approach to make its customers projects a success & has a demonstrable record in its competency to manage the full project life cycle: • With an IPP - from identifying a specific project in which to invest, formulating a development plan & execution strategy, negotiating shareholder options with stakeholders, advancing the project through its early or mid stage development up to Financial Close & then maintaining the projects momentum by continuing with its implementation & managing both the construction & commissioning phases up to COD & handover to operations. • For EPC Contractors or OEM's - identification of pending projects, managing the preparation of tender submissions, presentation of the proposal to the employer & negotiating final contract terms. Post award, multi-discipline construction & commissioning management up to project close out & turnover to the employer, defect liability period management, operational support and training.
