About Us Established in 1968, PNC Inc. is the largest manufacturer of circuit board in the Northeast area producing up to 40 layers boards. To meet growing needs of our customer using SMT boards, we started our laser cut SMT stencil division in 1998. Unlike a normal cloth mounted stencil, we have come up with our own unique patented ACCUFRAME® which is a reusable frame that maximizes cost efficiency without any sacrifices in terms of quality. In 2014, we expanded our headquarters in Nutley, NJ to be able to assemble small to medium size assembly runs. Our planned expansions include two more fully equipped SMT lines with SMT stencil solder paste screen printers, pick and place machines and reflow machines to be able to handle large, production size assembly runs as well.
