Pniewski & Associates was formed in 1982 in the city of New York. The company founder, Voytek Pniewski, holds Architect license in a number of the states in the U.S. We provide professional services in the following areas of AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction)- Design - Management - Technology Our design services start from careful consideration of client's requirements - and assistance in its formation when necessary – ending on delivery of complete architectural, structural and MEP design. Our outcomes are captured in multi-dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) holding the information the client and the contractor needs - all in one place. We collaborate with other professionals to deliver Development Management and Design Management on projects of any type and size. Generative design and AI-based digital technologies are widely used in our projects. This is not to replace our personal and detailed attention to each project, but to automate design in avoidance of repetitive tasks, to increase design efficiency, target errors, plus capture and retain our knowledge not to 'reinvent the wheel'. Generative design lets us seamlessly transfer project requirements into the design and construction.
