POA VA is an administrative and consultancy business created for the digital space. It was born out of the desire to support small businesses, start ups and other business owners in the need of extra Support. There is vast experience in administration, client retention and marketing which guarantees a good virtual assistance. Experiences are with several business owners in generating leads, presenting plans to stakeholders, assisting in email management, documentation and client retention strategies. There is also a good amount of knowledge about what a business entails and it’s sustenance. We have experience in using several softwares such as Microsoft dynamics, CRM softwares, Salesforce, AWS, Google applications, Microsoft Packages, Canva, Adobe packages. Other softwares are, quick books, Sage, workspace tools, Sentinel, NAV, etc. Mission statement is to provide clients with bespoke services tailored to their business needs. Basis on the effort to understand clients and their business in order to provide satisfactory services. Vision statement is to have a virtual assistant business with a unique focal selling point
