Poc Learning Academy

POC Learning Academy is a NAFCC-accredited, full-capacity early childhood program serving Southeast Washington, D.C. We are proud to operate as an Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) site and a designated WeVision site, delivering intentional, equity-centered care to children and families every day. At POCLA, we provide a developmentally appropriate program grounded in best practices for infants and toddlers. Our approach emphasizes respectful relationships, cultural responsiveness, and meaningful collaboration with families and partner agencies. Everything we do is designed to build strong foundations for lifelong success — in the classroom and beyond. This is what it looks like when family childcare leads — not follows.
