Our investment thesis is based on acquiring enthusiast and B2B information-related product and service companies that meet the following criteria: CONSUMER/B2B: Consumer media, B2B information, or event properties with customers who are ardently attached to a cause, object, pursuit or activity. TECHNOLOGY: Technology solutions that enhance the acquisition, development or distribution of information. BUSINESS MODEL: A scalable business that is transferable into new geographic regions or new vertical markets. DIGITAL: A company or product that has significant digital growth opportunities. We seek investment opportunities that have not reached their growth and product potential. Our interest is in investing in companies that have not fully capitalized on digital distribution, ancillary business expansion, or operational management.
