Founded in 2016 by Gregory Rubin, Poiesis specializes in urban housing, public realm improvements, and high-performance architecture. We take a thoughtful, research-driven approach to design—integrating Passive House principles, material efficiency, and site-specific strategies to create spaces that are comfortable, resilient, and responsive to their environment. Our portfolio includes custom homes, multi-unit residential projects, commercial upgrades, and public realm interventions.
