Point Providers market commercial properties on behalf of their owners for the purpose of bringing long-term MRR to the owner. We're currently very involved with the larger EV charging companies, with them utilizing our inventory, in an effort to roll out their EV charging infrastructure ASAP. Our inventory has proven to be valuable in the wireless industry as locations to install cell towers and/or antennas (IoT, small cell, etc), and it will be just as important now in the new EV charging station space. Owners/landlords who have existing lease agreements in place within the wireless industry (towers, rooftop antennas) that wish to monetize those agreements, and receive a one-time lump sum amount vs monthly payments over time, can do so through our network of interested investors.
