Welcome to PVLC Point View Land Consulting was founded in Southern California by Lenny Dunn to assist and advise land owners, developers, home builders, capital providers and law firms to secure project entitlements and approvals. PVLC's expertise is based on 25 years of experience working on projects in Southern California and across the United States. Lenny Dunn has 25 years of experience working for some of the most respected regional and national homebuilders. Mr. Dunn began his career as a land development superintendent managing the development of several large residential projects in Southern California. He has held various land and management roles with increased responsibility including serving as Division President for the Southern California division of a top public homebuilder. Mr. Dunn has entitled, developed and managed projects throughout the United States for builders, capital providers and real estate managers, including repositioning several distressed assets. He understands the many challenges land owners, developers and builders face in obtaining entitlements and project approvals and has a track record of positive results. He currently serves as a Board Member and Vice President of baseball for Beverly Hills Little League, and has served on the Boards of the California BIA, the Los Angeles / Ventura chapter of the BIA and the Baldy View chapter of the BIA. Mr. Dunn holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
