I’m Dr. Gemma Andaya, a licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and founder of Point of Juncture (POJ) Wellness in Las Vegas. With over a decade of experience, I offer warm, grounded care for individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. My integrative approach blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intuitive insight to support healing, clarity, and lasting inner peace. Rooted in a whole-person framework, I draw from a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities—including EMDR, somatic therapy, trauma-focused and psychodynamic approaches, and mindful movement. I work best with creatives, professionals, and soulful seekers who are ready to live with authenticity, courage, and deep self-trust. In addition to my clinical and coaching work, I collaborate with like-hearted professionals to facilitate experiential workshops and retreats that weave together grounded group therapy practices with ancestral wisdom, ceremony, and spiritual inquiry.
