POL Management Consulting Solutions, was founded in 2012 by Thomas P. Cook, the current President and CEO, as a means to provide contract proposal writing services to government service-provider companies. Mr. Cook has had a leading role in preparing numerous Defense Logistic Agency (DLA) proposals for a previous company. A retired Air force Senior NCO, Mr. Cook spent his entire career as a Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants (POL) specialist with many years of experiences in cryogenic production, program management and contractor compliance. At the end of his career within the Air Force, Mr. Cook served 3 successful years as Contract Officer Officer (COR) for one of the largest fuel account within the Air Force.
