Through our different strategies we can invest in companies with both equity and debt and in both private and publicly listed companies. The strategies are complementary, and they all share and contribute to the common Polaris platform: Polaris Private Equity makes investments in majority equity stakes in Nordic mid-sized companies with an enterprise value between EUR 50-300m. Polaris Flexible Capital focuses on investments within the junior tiers of the capital structure, ranging from mezzanine debt to minority equity positions. The fund applies a flexible investment approach and support companies in the mid-market range. Polaris Public Equity is a collaborative engagement strategy focused on public companies with significant value creation potential. PPU focuses on companies with a market capitalization from EUR 75m.
