Police Charities Uk

Police Charities UK is a group of police charities dedicated and focused on supporting the UK police family. It exists to promote mutual understanding, support, respect, and collaboration between it’s members for the benefit of all serving and former members of UK police forces and their families. Representatives meet formally only twice a year, in February and October, to discuss issues affecting the UK police charity landscape. It also aims to raise awareness of it’s members existence, and promote the services they provide. It is not a governing body, and every member is entirely independent. Membership requests are considered by the existing members. The website acts as a reference guide for anyone; who may need to access the services of our constituent members; looking to support an appropriate charity through a fundraising event; or simply wanting to know more about what we do. The charities table lists the current members, broadly what they do, who their beneficiaries are, and in which areas they operate. Links will take you directly to their own websites, where you can find out more, including details of how to get involved or make donations.
