Our polish desk was created by Agata Sobol and Agnieszka Janusz, attorneys at law in Italy, but who graduated at prestigious law schools in Poland and who assist polish individuals and polish companies in Italy. Since 2007 Agnieszka and Agata represent polish businesses in litigation concerning civil and commercial matters before Italian Courts, assist them in establishing companies and their branches as well as in business negotiations in Italy.
