We fill these gaps by planting inspiration, training, workshops and coaching into your organisation. Our process, Aim.Think.Do, is grown around your challenges and possibilities. Each part of the process represents a toolbox directed to a specific type of challenge. We listen to your story and then say something like “wow, this sounds like an Aim exercise to fully understand your user’s needs” or “Then we would suggest a Think exercise in form of a virtual jam to involve the entire organisation in creating ideas on this challenge.”
