When you work with me, we address the stories and systems within your organization to strengthen your work and support your team, by- Identifying and analyzing the stories and systems at work in your organization, to help you understand any gaps between the way things are “supposed” to be, and the way they actually are- Helping you and your team identify and develop a story that clearly conveys who you are, what you’re doing, and why it matters- Helping you be heard by the people you need to reach to turn your story into action- Facilitating an Alignment Mapping process, so you and your team can see how your stories and systems align, track progress, and make adjustments as needed. Creating alignment is a two-way process. It isn’t just about having the work match the story - the story needs to be rooted in what is really needed to do the work- Providing ongoing guidance to help you and your team implement changs, evaluate progress, and monitor and maintain alignment between your stories and systems.
