Polo Labs Private Limited is a latest entrant in the field of diagnostics which has taken over the pathology services of Ivy Health & Life Sciences – a leading healthcare provider in Punjab. Polo Labs Private Limited currently provides laboratory services to three operational hospitals of Ivy Group at Mohali, Khanna & Hoshiarpur and will also provide its services to the upcoming facilities at Amritsar & Bathinda. The Laboratory is poised to grow steadily in the coming years on the strength of its service quality, greater emphasis on client satisfaction and care, strong leadership, a motivated workforce, a dedicated team of pathologists and system based management. Currently the laboratory processes more than samples with average of investigations every year. The Laboratory has modern, efficient and technically state of art equipments, competent staff & dedicated team of pathologists & microbiologist to cater to the quality requirements and expectations of its clients. In order to meet the ever growing demands of quality, the management has aligned the laboratory’s working processes to the requirements of ISO 15189:2012 which are the guidelines for quality & competencerequirements of the medical laboratories. In a simplified manner the implementation ISO 15189:2012 can be defined as continuous monitoring (24 x7) of total testing processes which include – Pre- analytical, Analytical & Post- analytical processes.
