Polymat Composites S.r.l. is an all-Italian brand founded in 2022 focused on creating components and products through the use of composite materials and innovative new technologies. Our startup aims to take advantage of the excellent properties of these materials to find solutions to market problems and needs, with a focus on improving product performance and customer satisfaction. Our application sector is extensive, particularly in the production of components for the automotive, remotely piloted aircraft, photography, design, sports equipment, and industrial robotics industries. With the use of industrial and innovative processes, we can create any shape, no matter how complex. With ten production departments, we can achieve a finished product entirely independently while adhering to Polymat Composites' standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality. In addition to working with the most widely used and high-performing synthetic technical fibers such as carbon fiber and aramid fibers, our company aims to be a pioneer in the use of natural fibers, sacrificing some mechanical performance in favor of a more affordable and sustainable product. The company is headquartered in Trentino and is closely linked to the values of the territory. Remarkable resources are indeed employed in research and development to identify low environmental impact production processes and new recyclable materials. Currently, we have some procedures to reuse the scrap material in applications that allow it, which is a significant step towards avoiding the production of difficult-to-dispose-of waste. To better value the water at our disposal, a filtering system has been installed that allows us to reuse it several times during the processes. The choice of the color green in the logo demonstrates how much Polymat Composites aims to protect the environment.
