Polyola develops advanced polyurethane and polyester material systems designed for scalable use across industrial manufacturing. The company builds and validates technical formulations, works with engineering and production partners across Europe and the US, and delivers ready-to-manufacture systems that reduce cost, complexity, and environmental impact. Our technology platform enables fast adaptation of polyurethane systems to different performance requirements and production environments. While initial applications were proven in surf hardware, the formulations and operating principles are applicable to broader sectors, including sporting goods, composites, and performance materials. What we build PU Systems (Eco Foam) A modular polyurethane system engineered for industrial consistency, reduced environmental footprint and compatibility with high-volume production. Developed with external engineering teams and manufacturing partners to reach stable industrial readiness under tight constraints. Polyester Resin Systems (Eco Resin) A bio-based polyester platform designed for lower-impact composite production. Currently in prototyping with partner labs and industrial manufacturers to validate performance at scale.
