Here she was responsible for the HSE/ISM management system and related certifications – ashore and onboard the ships. She is Certified Lead Auditor (ISO9001). Mia's background is a unique combination of solid tecnical experience and a Master degree in Communication. This means that she communicates complex messages in a clear and efficient way - helping to create understanding and motivation among the stakeholders.
