We are a friendly team of young Chefs from different parts of the world, who accepted the challenge and opened a cafe during the toughest time of the century. And no regrets! Being Europeans, Vietnamese, Moroccan and Indian, in Ponzu we combine our experiences and backgrounds to create unique taste fusions and take you to the whole new world - the world of poke. Our main focus has always been on quality. Rich taste, freshness, and well-planned combinations of ingredients - these are the things we are working for, this is something we believe in. Salad?
