Since 2015, Poomasy has been building a healthy and confident agricultural labor ecosystem by connecting farms and workers. Poomasy runs a platform where farmers can find trustful workers and workers can find qualified farms. Farmers give job opportunity and fair wage to workers while workers give labor and be a potential consumer to farmers. The larger the scale, the greater the value platform provides. So Poomasy is moving toward large scaled platform. Poomasy also trains farm coordinators and connects them with farms. The main roles of farm coordinator are A) to visit diverse farms and survey each farm’s demand of workers, B) to coordinate farm owners and workers on site, C) to manage subsequent tasks and collect feedbacks from farms and workers.
