There's two reasons for this. Each time a product is designed and developed, the team had to make compromises. This is just a truth in product development, we can serve everyone and do everything. We could select something that nobody cares about. These potential opportunities need to be aligned with what your user's value. Two line user value with the potential opportunities I conduct an emotional and functional needs assessment. I document the user experiences for each user type, highlighting the Moments of Truth, pain points, and their emotional states.
