PopStars gourmet popsicles provide an opportunity for consumers to exercise their voice by adding a phrase, quote, or personal mantra for someone else to a popsicle stick. The recipient experiences the popsicle and the message, then engages the community on socials to bring the analogue consumer experience to life. PopStars provides artisanal popsicles (PopArt) that are customizable with dips and toppings. Each popsicle is diverse and flavor-forward, and each comes with a unique consumer-generated message engraved on the stick for the recipient to ponder. Product line includes PawpStars (for 4-legged friends), SouperStars (for nutrient and flavor enhancement of soups), and "ShootingStars"(culinary/nutrient-forward options to boozst alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages). PopStar purchases can be rounded-up to include a donation to National Public Radio or Public Libraries as a nod to the importance of information literacy and a well-informed public.
