Started by three friends Carlos, Elisa and Felipe La Palma y El Tucán has become a living legend in the specialty coffee field. Most of the coffee we get from them are from their Neighbors and Crops program. This program was developed to create a sustainable relationship model to work together with the surrounding farmers and create value to all parties. LPET provides training for exceptional harvesting and buys the coffee cherries with a 50% premium to the national average. LPET also takes care of processing and experiments with different methods in the search of the perfect cup.
